We walk forward, then turn around,Pretend our feet don’t touch the ground.Everything’s silly, nothing’s the same—Opposite Day is a funny game!

I wear my shirt the backward way,Just for silly Opposite Day.I shout “it’s cold!” when it’s really hot—And that is fun, believe it or not!

On Opposite Day we play all wrong,We whisper quiet when we’re strong.We say “hello” but mean “goodbye,”And laugh until we almost cry.

Friends share kindness every day,In what they do and what they say.A compliment can start with you—Let’s make the world more friendly too!

Your words can glow like fireflies,Lighting up someone’s cloudy skies.Give a compliment—just try!You’ll lift their spirits high!
